A postpartum dietary supplement for instance is a good way to ensure that you are receiving sufficient amounts of essential minerals and vitamins. This would encourage overall hair health and promote growth. You should avoid things such as permanents and hair dyes while you are pregnant. They are most likely to cause postpartum hair loss by weakening the hair. You should therefore avoid such strong products during your pregnancy. It is important for any pregnant woman to take care of all these aspects.
