High fat foods - how to avoid it.
What you eat often? If you are the type to entertain clients in restaurants need most of the time? If you are, perhaps you may want to avoid certain fatty foods and drinks that make your body grow! In fact, the United States, most people accumulate their excess weight through frequent eating in restaurants.
However, there are some simple tips you can use if to leave them. You might want to avoid three deadliest fatty foods to stay slim and healthy.

Most people eat a hamburger, fries and a soda. But you can choose a smarter alternative to a burger, salad and an unsweetened iced tea or water. You save at least 400-900 calories with this simple replacement of that food rich in fat. In addition, you avoid the poisonous trans fats and rich in fructose corn syrup, fries and lemonade.
